Q: When will I receive my confirmation of registration?
You should receive an answer within 48 hours. If you don't receive any notice in this period of time, please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone.

Q: What is your refund policy?
If your visa is denied, or you decide not to come after you have already applied, we will refund 100% of your pre-paid tuition. Please note that we refund the tuition only. All fees, such as the application fee, mailing fee and bank wiring fees are nonrefundable.

To get a refund you must send us your original I-20 document and a signed form requesting the refund.

Q: I can't speak English very well! Who can help me?
Don't worry! We have staff that speak several languages, so please do not hesitate to ask us about any questions or concerns you have. Q: How many levels do you have?

Q: When can I start my courses?
You may begin your studies at the beginning of any week. Our open enrollment system allows you to start every Monday.

Q: Will I get a certificate when I complete my studies?
Yes, certificates are given upon completing each course of study.

Q: Which level will I be placed in?
Upon arrival at Zoni, each student is given a placement test. The placement test consists of an oral and a written exam given by an academic advisor.

Q: How does Zoni prepare me for my TOEFL exam?
