When will I receive my confirmation of registration?

You should receive an answer within 48 hours. If you don't receive any notice in this period of time, please contact us by e-mail, fax or telephone.

What is your refund policy?

If your visa is denied, or you decide not to come after you have already applied, we will refund 100% of your pre-paid tuition. Please note that we refund the tuition only. All fees, such as the application fee, mailing fee and bank wiring fees are nonrefundable.

To get a refund you must send us your original I-20 document and a signed form requesting the refund.

I can't speak English very well! Who can help me?

Don't worry! Our staff speaks several languages, so please do not hesitate to ask us about any questions or concerns you have. Just ask the question in your own language, and someone will contact you promptly! E-mail us at Contact Us. Please include your country and language in the subject area of the e-mail.

How many levels do you have?

We offer many programs, which include beginner, intermediate and advanced. Please find more details about our programs and courses in our curriculum area.

When can I start my courses?

Our open enrollment system allows you to start every Monday.

Will I get a certificate when I complete my studies?

Yes, certificates are given upon completing each course of study.

Which level will I be placed in?

Upon arrival at Zoni, each student is given a placement test. The placement test consists of an oral and a written exam given by an academic advisor.

How does Zoni prepare me for my TOEFL exam?

Zoni ensures that you will receive higher TOEFL scores by providing you with specialized teachers, a multimedia lab and audio and computer tests that will help you to achieve your test goal. See our TOEFL program.

What qualifications do Zoni teachers have?

Each teacher must have a Bachelor's degree or higher and at least one year experience in teaching English as a Second Language. Many of them have Master's degrees and have taught in ESL programs for more than 5 years.

Where is the school located? Is it close to public transportation?

All of our campuses are conveniently located near public transportation.

Will I have Internet access?

Yes, all of our students have free access to the Internet.

What type of Visa do I need to study in the U.S.? How can I get it?

Can I travel while I'm studying?

Yes, students are able to travel and are encouraged to do so while they are studying! However, all students must have previous approval from the ISO (International Student Office).

How can I transfer to Zoni from another school?

If you are currently a student at another language school, you may transfer to Zoni Language Centers by applying online and submitting your current school's completed transfer certification form and financial evidence. Download your PDF transfer form here.

I have requested airport pickup and/or Homestay. How will I receive this information and/or confirmation?

You will receive confirmation by fax or e-mail. Please provide contact information to ensure immediate response from one of our representatives.

When will I receive the confirmation letter for my housing and/or airport pickup request?

Confirmation letters are usually sent around 3 or 4 weeks prior to the student’s scheduled arrival if the request was submitted in a timely manner.

I already have a place to stay. Can I make my own housing arrangements and register only for my English lessons at Zoni?

Yes. Zoni housing is an optional service and it is available upon request. Feel free to make your own housing arrangements if you prefer.
