ESL TEACHER
Zoni Language Centers We have immediate FT and PT opportunities for Adult ESL Teachers in our Midtown Manhattan, Queens- Jackson Heights and Flushing , and West New York, NJ campuses.
Responsibilities include:
• Preparing lesson plans and instructing adults in various ESL courses
• Monitoring adult student performance
• Advising adult students on progress
• Administering written and oral exams
• Taking adult student attendance
• Grading adult student exams
• Other duties as directed
Requirements (Candidates must have):
• BA in Education,English, Communication, or a related field
• 1 year experience teaching ESL to adults in a classroom setting (tutoring and volunteer work
does not meet this requirement)
• Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) a plus

BILINGUAL STUDENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (Miami Beach)
Zoni Language Centers, a world leader in international language education is seeking a FT Bilingual (French, Italian, German, Arabic, Portuguese) sales/customer service professional for an immediate opportunity in Miami (South) Beach.
Job Duties:
• Identify and recruit potential students for enrollment
• Reach goals and objectives of student enrollment criteria
• Assist Operations team with developing and coordinating activities and marketing campaigns
• Plan and execute sales strategies
• Provide superior customer service
• Schedule appointments
• Interview, qualify, and enroll students for our English programs
• Respond to all inquiries (i.e. leads) about Zoni products to all prospective students by phone,
email, and mail
• Reminder telephone calls
• Send post cards to students that were unable to finish Zoni classes
• Answer telephone calls
•Collect registration, tuition and other payments
• Prepare reports
• Complete any task assigned by a supervisor
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Sales
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Motivated self-starter
• Enthusiastic
• Organized
• Detail-Oriented
• Ability to multi task
• Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
