2. Once we receive your application, we will send you an invoice by email, fax or regular mail. The
invoice will normally be sent within three business days. Full payment including Registration and Materials Fees is due upon receipt. Please note that Registration Fees and Homestay Placement
Fees are non-refundable. See Refund Policy for details.

4. As soon as we receive payment, we will process your application. Successful applicants will
then be issued a Letter of Acceptance or Confirmation Letter and we will begin looking for a
suitable homestay family, if required.
