"Since the first until the last day in ZLC, I had a lot of new experience. I made a lot of friends. The students in ZLC are very friendly and they are very funny. My teachers are very kind and helpful. They taught me how to use English in the right way, they helped me to improve my English. Staffs are very helpful and they always look after me. They always make fun activities. I like soccer night very much, everybody play soccer together. In this class everybody have to speak a lot and do not matter that you speak is wrong, teachers help you to set right. The last thing in ZLC that I like is computer lab. I can use it only before and after school and I hope everybody will have fun in ZLC same as me."

"I have had a precious experience in this school because everything was different toward my country and there were many activities for improving English with fun. First day, I was surprised when I attended my class because everything was English. Likewise I almost could not understand. I had got confusing at that time but my teacher had taught me English concretely so that I could understand easily. Sometimes, I felt sad because it was hard for me to understand but my teacher gave me some clues to solve problems. I had accustomed to talk with teachers day by day. Moreover, I could make friends who are from different countries. Nevertheless we speak different languages, I could communicate with them through English and I have contacted with them by using Internet. I am happy to see them but my school made these opportunities. My school is good location because there is the biggest library in downtown and it is in front of my school. So I used to go there for studying after school. My class was interesting because funny teacher made me happy but sometimes she used to be strict. As a result, I had improved my English skill through this program. I am glad to see them and I am really appreciate my teachers. Thank you very much ZLC. I will never forget you. You are my sunshine."

"I stayed in Vancouver for 6 weeks in the summer 2004. It was a nice time. Of these 6 weeks I was 5 weeks in the ZLC (language school). Vancouver is on the west coast if Canada. In these 5 weeks the school started at 9 a.m. and finished at 4 p.m. After 3 hours we had lunchtime for 1 hour and than the last 3 hours. The school is in downtown of Vancouver, on the end of Robson Street. The Robson Street is a nice street and good for shopping. The school is near the public library and has so a good position in the city. The school has good atmosphere. I enjoyed the time in the school. The teacher and the administration of the ZLC are very friendly and helpful. I could come every time with a question and they answered me. The school has weekly activities outside the school. I enjoy the time here in Vancouver, I can it recommend to everyone."

"My last school day..

Now is a time to say good-bye. The time was running and I remember me on my first school day. I came here and could not speak English and also I did not understand a lot, so now I can say I improved my English well. I had a really good time here because I met a lot of nice people. To learn English here was very nice because the teachers were friendly, funny and not too hard. I think I will really miss the time here in this school and the time in Vancouver. I can say that I had one of the best time from my life here in Vancouver. I am sure that I will be back but I do not know when. I hope soon but now I need money and I have to work in my country. I want to say thank you all the teachers and the staff at ZLC for what they did for me. I can recommend this school to other people.

"I had a good time in ZLC since April 5th. First I did not speak English very well and I did not talk so much but when I made friends in my class I talked so much! Because I like my friends and teacher, so I tried to talk with them. Then I can speak English more than first time. I am very happy now because I can speak English little and I have friends from another countries! I like all my friends so much. I also like all teachers because they are kind to me all the time and funny. I like to study in ZLC because I like ZLC, but I have to go high school in BC Island, so I am sad. My host family is very nice, too. They are always kind to me and their food is very good! I will miss my host family, friends, teachers and ZLC. But I will do my best!!!"

"I think it was the right decision to catch a plane in Zurich, Switzerland and fly to Vancouver to study in this school. I'm a lucky guy, because this kind of school was exactly what I like. The staff and teachers are very nice and happy. Just for example, it you enter the school in the morning everyone is laughing and that makes you happy for the rest of the day. The staff is so helpful, so you can concentrate on studying and visiting places. The lessons are very cool. We had a lot of conversations, that were interesting and you learn to speak. I think that's the most important thing because you have to practice your English outside. I met so many interesting people in school and I hope that I'll see these guys again. I spend my time after four always with friends from school. It was nice to see places in Vancouver, just to walk or do something else. I improved my English in this time too. Because my friends are from all over the world, there was no way to speak in another language. Vancouver for me was the best place to learn English. I was in school until 4 pm and then I went out to see some thing and you can see a lot here. It's a beautiful city, I'll miss the time here. I really enjoyed it. It was awesome.
